TARA WELLS
OWNER/NURSE PRACTIONER & MASTER INJECTOR
Tara Wells has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since February 2018. In November 2018 Tara added Botox and Filler injections to her list of services. A year later, she began offering classes to teach other healthcare professionals how to inject. In January 2021 Tara opened her own brick and mortar, formally known as Skin Esteem and has since, expanded her practice.
Tamara continued her education as an adult, receiving her degree in Accounting & Business and is the President of Bushnell Tax Service. She has been providing accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services to her clients for almost 10 years.

Deborah Fry graduated from MSU-Northern with Nursing degree in 2002. She began managing healthcare staff in 2010, and joined our team in February of 2022.

Quincee is a licensed aesthetician and a Helena native of 20 years. She is passionate about aesthetics and helping others embrace their natural beauty. Quincee specializes in body waxing, skin care and lash extensions.
Outside of providing her clients with the best care, Quincee loves everything that Montana has to offer!
Makayla Mangold

Makayla graduated from the Montana Academy of Salons in Great Falls, certified in aesthetics.
Makayla is knowledgeable in skin and is very excited to provide all of her clients with the best results and relaxation.
Makayla is a Helena native and enjoys being with her family, friends, and of course her dog, Murphy.

Britney was born and raised in Washington, but recently moved to Montana and joined our team.
In 2020 she graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a Certified Medical Assistant.
She enjoys hiking with her dogs, and is excited to help people with all their medical needs.

A Montana native, Danika is passionate about helping people to become the best versions of themselves.
In 2021 she graduated from US Career Institute as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. She plans on furthering her education.
Shannon bristow

Shannon has worked as a Registered Nurse in a variety of different care areas. She enjoys working in an area that allows her to assist patients in obtaining their overall beauty goals, while giving them confidence that shines through in their daily lives.
Shannon is trained by Tara herself, and is dedicated to continuing her education so she is able to provide clients with the most current treatment options available.

Jamie moved to Montana in 2005 from Ohio. She has over 25 years of nursing experience. Prior to beginning her career in aesthetic nursing, Jamie gained procedural, administrative and clinical experience in a wide variety of care settings; allowing her to bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the care she provides. Jamie has a passion for all aspects of aesthetic medicine. She enjoys helping each patient meet their individual goals so they can feel their absolute best. In her free time, Jamie enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
megan gullickson

Megan has been practicing nursing for the last fourteen years, gaining majority of her experience in a hospital-based setting. She has always loved the world of aesthetics and is passionate about instilling the confidence and natural beauty back into her clients. Her services consist of facial injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, PRF injections, facial rejuvenation consults and skin care guidance. Megan is eager to use her skills to keep Helena feeling beautiful.

Wendy has experience in many aspects of nursing, including family and emergency medicine.
She holds a Masters in Nursing Administration & Masters Nursing Education from the University of Mary.
Wendy is very knowledgeable, and is here to help with all of your needs.
Shayla Daschle

As a Helena native, Shayla is very excited to be home and be able to provide a truly personalized women's’ healthcare experience to this area.
Shayla has been in the nursing field for over 17 years and a nurse practitioner specializing in women's health care for over 8 of those years.
She obtained a Master's degree from Frontier Nursing University, a Bachelor's degree from Montana State University- Northern and an associate degree from University of Montana- Helena.
